Sharon has been
a fine art Photographer
for approximately 30 years,
excelling in nature & travel photography.
Through her travels,
she has learned the value of preserving history.
So much information about places & objects
has been lost over time that it breaks her heart.
Museums house more items in their archives
than they have on public display,
due to space limitations
or the fragility
of the piece.
Sharon’s goal
is to bring these artifacts
out of the darkness by way of
virtual presentations,
so their stories can be told.
In pursuit of this goal,
she returned to school to learn new techniques
that could help her in this cause.
By combining her photography with
her design skills, she hopes to create
interactive learning kiosks &
web galleries for artifacts
that couldn’t otherwise
be displayed.
